Experience You Can TrustIn more than 30 years of practice, David Wilkirson has litigated family law cases in California, Nevada, and Kansas, and he has litigated other matters in Arizona and Utah. Due to his background and knowledge of general law, along with his dedication to our legal system, Mr. Wilkirson has been called upon to serve regularly as a temporary judge (Judge Pro Tem) in Orange County Superior Court since 1979. Prior to practicing law, he served as a police officer in Orange County for 12 years, retiring from the Orange County Marshal's Department with an Advanced P.O.S.T. Certificate. Mr. Wilkirson is active in his current profession, belonging to a number of associations:
David Wilkirson frequently serves as a mentor to other Orange County attorneys on family law, criminal law, and personal injury matters.
